Bakuba is the ultimate little design hotel, a guest house with an almost mainland African atmosphere. Furthermore, Bruno and Patricia design and manufacture their own decorative objects using techniques purely of a purely artisanal nature, which provides much needed skills and jobs to the local people. Little is wasted in the construction of this stunning hotel as a range of metals are recycled and natural materials including sisal, raffia and wild Malagasy silk are used where suitable.
