The hotel is located along the Mozambique Channel just before the fishing village of Mangily 27km north of Toliara. The main building, whose roof of more than ten meters rests on a tree, includes the reception, the lounges, the main bar, the restaurant and its terrace. From there a large staircase allows direct access to the beach.

The electricity available 24/24 is produced by a solar power plant, allowing the hotel to be entirely independent and ecological.
